Steps for Synchronizing GDSN Data with Meijer

1. Provide Meijer with your publishing GLN company contact information by completing the Trading Partner Form at https://www.1worldsync.com/community/customers/meijer/
2. Meijer will subscribe to the data sync GLN provided
3. For current vendors, include only product that is supplied to Meijer in the Initial Load publication.
• Report of active product can be found on the MeijerVendorNet>Sales & Merchandising>Reporting>Micro Strategy>UPC Info LookUp
• Publish your information to Meijer GLN 0041250000013
• 1WorldSync Item Management (IM) users should apply the Meijer Playlist during the item setup process.
4. Monitor your Catalogue Item Confirmations (CIC) for status of product
• Review IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE for detailed process and CIC messages. This can be found at: https://www.1worldsync.com/community/customers/meijer/
5. Once your initial load has been sent, any new or changes to products will be managed through your Data Pool.

Top off information for New and Changes will be required to be completed on the Meijer VendorNet>Product>Product Set & Maintenance>Product Entry Form Application

Hello

We have been publishing to Meijer under GLN 0041250000006 and just noticed that the Implementation Guide on the Customer Landing page dated Nov 2021 references a different GLN 0041250000013. Since we have not received any notice/communication from Meijer, just wanted to confirm the GLN we should be publishing to is actually 0041250000013

Hello, please publish to GLN 0041250000013 which was updated here as well.  Meijer made a change last year to the 0041250000013 GLN.  I apologize for any confusion.

Thank you for the confirmation.  I also wanted to confirm that we can go ahead and republish previously published items under the OLD GLN. Or are they only taking NEW items under the new GLN? From their implementation guide I was not sure if they sorted that out yet. (See below #2 & 4)

4.1 CURRENT VENDORS that SYNC’D to the Old GLN
1. Update to Meijer’s New GLN – 0041250000013, Meijer has already connected your
current GLN to the new GLN.
2. We are working on a process to sync previously loaded product, but at this time we
are not able to accept any changes to these existing products.
3. Verify your data and Load Products into your data pool.
4. Publish Only New Products and/or Product Changes that have been submitted to
Meijer’s New GLN
