Kroger Image Shadowing

If a supplier selects their Image Source as Product Final Packaging Not Available Yet, it is likely they utilize a different image vendor that is not included in the approved list.  This is one of the use cases to enable Image Shadowing,  

What is Image Shadowing?

Image Shadowing provides Kroger suppliers with an automated method to become compliant with Kroger's hosting requirements.  It allows suppliers to continue to manage their digital assets in a DAM of their choice, but still, meet Kroger's requirement of hosting with an approved vendor.  

How to Enable Shadowing Capability

1. The supplier must complete the Image Shadowing Request Form
2. 1WorldSync Technical Support will enable Image Shadowing for the customer
3. Suppliers can continue to publish images from their datapool and the image will be shadowed to VIP automatically.
