- Please do not change the formatting of the spreadsheet like deleting or moving columns and tabs. This spreadsheet is uploaded as a template as part of the Production Process.
- Column A: The Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) for the Case of Product.
- Column B: The Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) for your Each (sellable unit).
- Column C: The Global Location Number (GLN) for your organization.
- Column D a simple product description of the product you are sending. This could include Brand Name, Color, Size, Flavor, etc. This information is used to help identify the product.
- Column E: Please indicate which GS1 Image Sets you need for each line item. Your selections are CPG, Foodservice or Both CPG and Foodservice.
- Column F: please indicate if any “raw” or “out of pack” product images are needed. By default, Foodservice images always include a “raw” shot. This is simply the product out of the package in its consumable form. Our team of expert photographers may style your item on a plate or in a bowl for best possible presentation.
- Column G: Please note whether your item is perishable (refrigerated or frozen) or shelf stable. This will ensure the product is stored properly prior to image capture at the studio.
- Column H: This is the date the product shipped to the Snap36 facility. This is not a requirement but is helpful if you have that information available.
- Column I: This column indicates the number of samples that were shipped. We recommend sending two samples of each item just in case the item gets damaged in transit. This column is not required to be completed but certainly helps us.
- Column J: This is the tracking number for your shipment to the Snap36 facility. This column is not required, but we do ask that you complete this column if you do have this information as it will help our receiving team know when to expect your shipment. You can always send the tracking information later if you do not have it at the time you complete this Worksheet.
- Column K: Let us know if you would like for us to donate your completed items to a local charity or food bank, dispose of them, or offer them to our studio team to enjoy. Typically, perishable items are disposed of due to food safety.
