- If a customer has questions about completing the worksheet, they can contact the Onboarding team at 877.545.4510 and onboardsupport@1worldsync.com.
- All products should be shipped to 1WorldSync at:
1WorldSync Image Capture Service c/o Snap36

Chicago, IL 60612
- Please make sure your shipping label includes your company name.
- The Image Capture Worksheet is required for success with this process.
- We recommend sending two samples of each item just in case the item gets damaged in transit
- As part of the service with 1WorldSync, the customer is assigned an Onboarding Analyst to act as a liaison between them and the image capture team.
Snap36 to 1WS Workflow
- Customer completes and submits the 1WS Image Capture Worksheet (ICW). The worksheet is available in the 1WolrdSync Community platform and is provided in the welcome letter to the customer from the Onboarding Analyst.
- Customer ships products for image capture to appropriate address (noted above)
- If a tracking number is not provided on the Image Capture Worksheet, then provide it to the Onboarding Analyst once it is available.
- Items are checked into our system using the Image Capture Worksheet.
- If the Worksheet is not completed correctly or provided ahead of time, we will not be able to proceed.
- If there are any discrepancies or missing items, our team will identify those, and the Onboard Analyst will work with the customer to resolve those issues.
- Due to shipping and handling restrictions with Covid-19, all new shipments will sit in quarantine for 24 hours before our logistics team unpacks them and checks them into our system. If the item is perishable, it will be stored correctly in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Snap36 will then begin processing the image capture for the newly received product(s). In Production, all photography takes approximately one week.
- All images are captured in accordance with GS1 standards.
- Post-production will take approximately one additional week for processing. All still images will be edited to enhanced retouching standards and placed on a pure white background (RGB levels at 255).
- In Production, Spins are in JPG format and Stills are in PNG format unless requested otherwise. They are sized to 3000 x 3000 pixels in hi-res / 300 DPI.
- Once Post-production is complete, the files will be delivered one of two ways:
- Files delivered to the Onboard Analyst via a downloadable link.
- Files are submitted through the API connection for loading into Item Management.
Attributes in the Image Capture Worksheet
- Please do not change the formatting of the spreadsheet like deleting or moving columns and tabs. This spreadsheet is uploaded as a template as part of the Production Process.
- Column A: The Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) for the Case of Product.
- Column B: The Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) for your Each (sellable unit).
- Column C: The Global Location Number (GLN) for your organization.
- Column D a simple product description of the product you are sending. This could include Brand Name, Color, Size, Flavor, etc. This information is used to help identify the product.
- Column E: Please indicate which GS1 Image Sets you need for each line item. Your selections are CPG, Foodservice or Both CPG and Foodservice.
- Column F: please indicate if any “raw” or “out of pack” product images are needed. By default, Foodservice images always include a “raw” shot. This is simply the product out of the package in its consumable form. Our team of expert photographers may style your item on a plate or in a bowl for best possible presentation.
- Column G: Please note whether your item is perishable (refrigerated or frozen) or shelf stable. This will ensure the product is stored properly prior to image capture at the studio.
- Column H: This is the date the product shipped to the Snap36 facility. This is not a requirement but is helpful if you have that information available.
- Column I: This column indicates the number of samples that were shipped. We recommend sending two samples of each item just in case the item gets damaged in transit. This column is not required to be completed but certainly helps us.
- Column J: This is the tracking number for your shipment to the Snap36 facility. This column is not required, but we do ask that you complete this column if you do have this information as it will help our receiving team know when to expect your shipment. You can always send the tracking information later if you do not have it at the time you complete this Worksheet.
- Column K: Let us know if you would like for us to donate your completed items to a local charity or food bank, dispose of them, or offer them to our studio team to enjoy. Typically, perishable items are disposed of due to food safety.
