We just participated in this webinar and were disappointed that most of it dealt with Item Management instead of focusing solely on Kroger API.
Will there be a webinar that will show us the process from beginning to end (including errors) exclusively for Kroger API and the issues that have been occurring with companies that have already been migrated?

Hello @nancyVigo, it's great chatting with you again and thank you for attending the Kroger API webinar.
This video and workshop focused more on the process of adding new items in Item Management, adding the Kroger playlist and populating all mandatory attributes for the Kroger API and then linking and publishing the items (an Each and Case, in this example) and checking the publication status.
We currently have 7 different articles about the most common errors found by customers so far and will expand this list over time, depending on which other issues come up more frequently: Kroger API - Resolve CIC Messages.

Hello @nancyVigo, and thanks for your patience. As you know, IM is really the interface for users who sync with the Kroger API. Can I ask, are you looking for a video or other content that shows the migration part of the initiative? Are those the errors you were asking about?

I was wondering if there are or will be webinars and/or videos showing the process from beginning to end of publishing an item to Kroger, assuming that the item is currently in 1WS.
Also, the errors I was referring to were the ones I have been reading on posts that seem to be ongoing and not being resolved in a timely manner.
Usually, whenever I am asked to publish items to Kroger, our Sales team, distributors and brokers expect to have IMFs within a reasonable time frame. I was hoping that these issues would be taken care of by Kroger before our company is migrated from VIP to 1WS. 😉

The webinar covered new item set up which will be great when I have a new item to set up. However, it does not cover information about the migration of existing items into Item Management (aside from making sure you sign up to get in the queue for the migration). I received notice that my products were migrated over to Item Management, however I do not see any new activity within Item Management. If my items have been migrated over, how do I find them? Is there a way to see recent activity or all products published to one particular trading partner? When I asked my Professional Services Specialist, she sent me back links to this webinar and the Kroger Style guide. That doesn't help me. It would be helpful to have a Webinar on how to navigate Item Management and managing different trading partners. I am fairly new Item Management and it is a bit overwhelming trying to figure out how it works.
