  • PI4032 The sum of the Number Contained/Quantities of direct child links must equal the Qty of Next Level Item(s) of the Parent Item. If no direct child link is present, then Qty of Next Level Item(s) must be 1. (This error will not apply for items using a Dynamic Assortment (Special Item Code = DYNAMIC_ASSORTMENT) )Item (00810015136799)
  • PI6215 00810015136799 must have isBaseUnit = true as it is the lowest item in the hierarchy.

** I am trying to list my item and I get these two errors. Can someone assist.

By chance do you have an example of this scenario but a "Pallet" being the highest on the hierarchy? and then steps to link the pallet/case/each then publish?

Hello @nmerjil1  and thank you for reaching out via the customer community.  Welcome.

Please check the article we have for Total Count of All Products - Qty Next Level Items... - 1WorldSync Customer Community, in the examples provided there is a PL-CA-EA hierarchy.

Let us know if further questions arise, Thank you.

Hi!

If a manufacturer has already loaded a product profile into 1WorldSync and I acquire the product to place with Walmart, is there a way for me to import the existing item profile into my account, or do I need to treat it as a new item and upload all the attributes again?

I want to ensure I follow the correct process while minimizing redundant work.

Hello @AnnaZIWSLA and thank you for welcome back to the Community. Our apologies for the delay in responding to you.

As long as you or any of your colleagues have access to the GLN the item was initialy added under, it can be exported as a Load Sheet or FUSE file and imported through the same Excel under the new GLN. This way you do not need to manually add all the attributes all over again.

For more details about how to export and import items, here is additional documentation if needed: Documentation - FUSE Quick Sheets

Please let us know if this helps or if there is anything else we may assist with for this request. Thank you!

Where do I find a list of all of the global product category codes? I've noticed that when I type "coffee", I do not get all the choices that include the word "coffee".

Hello @rkirkpatrick. Thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome.

Please use the following GS1 link for a full list of available GPC codes: https://gpc-browser.gs1.org/

Please bear in mind the Brick levels from the search results are the actual codes that need to be used as GPCs.

Hello,

Can the GTIN be the same for a unit and case?

Hello @MHronides and welcome to the customer community. Thanks for reaching out.

Any item needs to have its own GTIN/ Item ID for data to be entered for that specific packaging level and distinguished from another packaging level. You can also find more details about how to create and assign GTINs here How to ADD a Product in Item Management.

Please let us know if this helped or if there is anything else we may assist with for this request. Thank you and have a wonderful day and week ahead!
