Question: When you complete a step like correction, validate, publish or sync, what is the time frame to get feedback on completion of each step for correction and ultimately that it has been sent for customer review and acceptance? minutes, hours, or days?

The time frame depends on the retailer. Sometimes retailers may need to also manually review some items and attributes, so most of the times it will be days.
When it comes to synchronising the information itself with the retailer (so not updating the Review messages or responses from the retailers, just them receiving the information you submitted) usually takes anywhere from 15 minutes to a few hours, depending on the retailer. If you are looking for a specific retailer, you can check the exact time frame for each retailer in the report called Subscription Schedule:
