Please explain the Warning Statement 2802 in greater detail, and how it pertains to healthcare where pallet UDIs are not required.
If there is not a hierarchy level where productType is Pallet (PL) or Mixed Module (MX), then WARNING: On the highest hierarchy level both Number of Complete Layers Contained in Item/Non GTIN Pallet Hi (nonGTINPalletHi) and Number of Trade Items Per Pallet Layer/Non GTIN Pallet Ti (nonGTINPalletTi) must be populated.
Please check validation Error 533 because we have a GTIN with GCP 10005844 but receiving this validation Error for our NL GTINs. The Error Code Text/Description is different than the Error Logic.

Error Logic:
If targetMarketCountryCode is equal to '528' (Netherlands) and if the GPC code of the item does not belong to segment 51000000 - healthcare items, then dutyFeeTaxCategoryCode must not be empty. (For TM Netherlands)
Hello @c2b30 and welcome back to the Community. This error message is saying that if you do not have a pallet GTIN then you would need to enter content for the pallet TI and HI where it is specifically marked as not having an associated pallet. You would enter this content on the highest level of the hierarchy. The system will also ask for "Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity" to be entered once the TI HI is entered. Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity, this is asking how many trade units in total are there.
This isn't a GDSN rule, so why is 1WS putting this validation in place? I would like to understand who is requesting this for healthcare related products. I'm glad this is only a warning but would like to challenge this becoming an actual future error message.
Thank you for this link. I have also reached out directly to Scott to ask that they request the removal of this validation for healthcare, since Pallet GTINs are not required.
