Hello

I received an email about this release. It said we have items in this specific category, 10008076 Cannabis - Biscuits/Cookies - Ready to Eat (shelf stable), but we do not, we only sell frozen seafood and value-added seafood and vegetables, no Cannabis.

I searched our items to see if we had used it by mistake, but nothing came up.

Do you think I should be concerned?

Hello @Jezebel and thank you for continuing the use of our customer community. We are currently researching this further for you and will come back with more details shortly. Thanks!

Thank you for your time while researching this further, @Jezebel

It looks like your items are not impacted by the GPC Brick Code changes, but by specific Brick level attributes that are populated and and there are changes that impact that level. Unless there is a recipient that needs that level populated, we can recommend to delete all of the GPC Brick attributes, please, to not be impacted by the change. Thank you!

Ok, interesting. How do I find these attributes if I am not using the brick code? Is there a way to look up what item(s) are affected?

Hello @Jezebel and welcome to the customer community. Thanks for reaching out.

We will open a new ticket and have that information sent to you.

The advice given by @Val_P still holds true.

If you wish to update the Global Product Category Codes manually you can use the advanced search in Item Management using the column with the GPC category.

After that, you can go into any impacted item and either change the Global Product Category Code and edit the attributes under it if you only have a few items to update or export them into a FUSE file 201 Advanced: Item Management Mass Upload with the Load Sheet (FUSE) Workshop and use it to make the updates.

Thank you and have a great day.
