There are different methods to communicate your product content to IM which include directly in the GUI, FUSE, API, AS2, etc. Some companies use more than one method to add and manage their content with IM. When using AS2 to manage product content, it is possible you can send content via XML (batch transaction) that the GUI does not allow or recognize. As a result, users could encounter these buttons as grayed out and inaccessible.
If you encounter this, please take a look at any open text fields like Ingredient Statement as an example, and ensure you do not have a string of special characters populated as values.
