Despite all the work to create product content, link, validate and publish to your trading partners, sometimes errors occur that prevent your publication from processing fully.  When you publish, IM performs validations to ensure minimally required attributes are provided and correct.  If you publish and encounter one of these automated validations you will see your publication was not successful with the error message:

FAILURE // FAILED - SENDING TO SUBSCRIBER

Fortunately, IM makes it easy for you to determine why your attempted publication failed.  You will see recent transactions in your Worklist but can check the Item History Report to see all historical transactions for your item including validations preventing publication.

The Item History Report shows the transaction from newest to oldest so you can look all the way back at when you created the item if you need to do so.  See below for how to find and use this report:

Once you identify the error and make the needed correction(s), publish to your trading partner again.

Good Morning,

I have a similar problem.  What do I need to do with subscriptions before I publish to Kroger.

I have received the following status message:654: platformTypeCode NPW is invalid 654: platformTypeCode NPW is invalid.  Where can I find this issue and correct it.

PS.  I have validated both the parent and child successfully

Thanks

Edmund

Hi, @IEBrewery nice to talk with you in the Community. To find the attribute Platform Type Code under the heading Item Attribute Sets you can search for this attribute.

This will jump you to this section in Item Management to be able to update. The reason this validates successfully is that the validation action can only check if data is entered for the attribute but cannot check if a specific recipient will accept the value for that attribute.

You can find the Valid Values for Kroger at https://1worldsync.com/trading-partners/kroger/

This page has a link to the Attribute Guide with this information.

Hi, when I published a component 00721773856082 to Wakefern, I received an error message stating that the Ordering Unit indicator must be true for at least one GTIN within a hierarchical configuration.  I'm unsure if it was submitted successfully.  How can I check the status of this publication?  Thanks.

Hello,

Welcome to the Community! You can check the status of the item by reviewing the item on both the "Worklist" and "Sync Status Report". Attached below is a screenshot. However, the "Ordering Unit Indicator" should be "True" on the level of the hierarchy where the recipient purchases the product from your company.

Thanks!
