We have been informed that Kroger is experiencing an inbound network connection issue that began around midnight last night. This issue is impacting inbound messages (e.g., CINs) from VIP to Kroger.
Kroger is actively working to resolve the issue and will notify us once it has been fixed. Please note, that messages sent after midnight may experience delays in receiving responses from Kroger (e.g., CICs).
We will provide updates when the connection is restored and message processing returns to normal.

Kroger fixed the inbound network connection issue and we have re-enabled the sending of new messages. Anything held since this morning has been successfully sent and anything newly created will go in real-time now.
