1WorldSync identified and is working to resolve an issue impacting our customers accessing the PI/VIP application.  We see a white screen that does not refresh when we try to access PI from our site.  We will post updates here as we make progress on resolving this issue.  We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Would this cause us to not receive publications?  Our team has only received 3 from the weekend and we usually have 100-200.

We too are seeing major delays in publications being processed and received. There is also a major delay in resetting publication status from Rejected to Review.

Please advise as we have been waiting for 2 hours now for publications to process and resets to be completed. When can we expect this delay to be resolved? Thank you!

This still seems to be an issue.  Product Introduction works for a little bit, then stops working again.  I am unable to get to the login screen.  I have urgent requests that need to be completed, and this problem is impeding me from doing so.

Our technology team has implemented a fix and is actively working on resolving this. I've received an update that it is currently working but please let me know if you are still running into this.

Hello @hollieoshel and yes, you are correct.  we are seeing the behavior again but believe it is related to updates we are making.  Can you wait about 15 minutes and try again?

Thank you.  PI worked fine for some time but is not working again now.  Is a resolution expected?
