Hello, we have seen reports of customers getting a "System Unavailable" notification the first time they log in after this weekend's release.  If you clear your recent browser history (not everything) and cache, close your browser, and try again, you will log in successfully.  It relates to the changes we made this weekend while sunsetting Classic IM.

Hello, 

I cleared my browser history but still can't get in? I get the same error that says 

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Hello, @Kasia .  I am sorry you are encountering that error.  I confirm the system is completely up and running and has been.  It's a question of resetting after our update this past weekend to sunset Classic IM.  Can you try logging into IM from our website instead of any bookmark you may be using?

I tried both and got the same 503 Service Unavailable error 😞

Hello, @Kasia That is very unusual.  I aksed a member of our technical support team to reach out to you directly to work with you to see why you continue to see that error after taking our recommended steps.

I've also done what is suggested and cannot get in to the system, and I'm in need of MANY updates for customers.  Please try to get this fixed for us ASAP.

I also went to the website to log in and got the Service Unavailable message.  I have tried it several times to no avail.
