1WorldsSync implemented security changes during the September 24, 2022 maintenance window that presents some different behaviors when logging in, resetting your password, and the use of previously bookmarked URLs. As a best practice, we recommend logging in to your needed application from our website. It is likely that your bookmarks prior to September 24 will not work.
Behavior Changes for Forgot Password
Scenario: The user attempts to enter the valid password twice and realizes they’ve forgotten their password.
- Clicks Forgot Password
- Checks email for a link to reset the password
- Resets and saves their new password
What’s different:
Users will NOT be automatically logged into the application after resetting their password and will need to enter their credentials.
