Hello.  We are seeing a backlog of transactions in Item Management today that is causing processing delays.  Our customers may see delays with transactions to IM when using the IM GUI, FUSE, or AS2.  We expect the backlog to resolve today and apologize for any inconvenience.

Hi @JustinW , would you know if backlog is still ongoing? I've been trying to publish an item for almost half day and IM still processing the transaction.

Unfortunately, the backlog hasn't cleared completely yet. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. 

I would like to also take a look at one of the items you published, would you mind giving me the GTIN? Thanks!

Hello @Julie , GTIN 00079556800501, I have a support ticket open, but it seems like there a backlog too. Thanks for looking into it.

Hello @User360. I do see that the backlog has now cleared and I do see that GTIN in Product Introduction is in a Ready to List status.
