We are experiencing some issues that impact logging into IM this morning as we work to resolve the intermittent recent problems. This morning, customers see unusual behavior when trying to log in as IM asks for a profile setup. Our technology teams are addressing the issue right now and I will update you here as it is resolved.
Hello, we tested and confirm the login issues in IM this morning are resolved. Please let us know if you continue to see this issue after closing any open IM windows you may have and trying again.
