1WorldSync Scheduled Mainteance

1WorldSync will utilize the scheduled maintenance windows for application enhancements and updates. During these maintenance windows all 1WorldSync Useriterfaces, including IM and PI/VIP, will be unavailable. Batch processing will also be down during these windows.

Pre-Production - March 1, 2024, 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm ET

Production - March 9, 2024, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm ET

You can easily subscribe to key areas in the community to receive updates for maintenance windows, system issues, and more.  Here is a quick video on how to subscribe and fully utilize the community platform.

Can you add some words on how AS2 traffic will be affected during these maintenance windows.

Will messages sent to 1WorlSync fail? Should we keep a special eye on our AS2 traffic ?

Hello @Brian2 yes, during these maintenance windows, Batch processing will be turned off which impacts AS2 transactions.
