The 1WorldSync engineering team is working to resolve an issue impacting IM users trying to export a catalog of items into FUSE. There is a workaround for exporting items as IM users can export by item via the Simple or Advanced search. The issue occurs when users try to export via the Export option in the Items Search. Please see below. We are expecting this to be resolved in the next IM release.

Good afternoon, I am happy to report that our engineering teams identified and applied a fix for the issue impacting download/extracts from IM. We tested this afternoon and functionality appears to be fully restored.
