Our technology and Service Desk teams identified a backlog of transactions today after one of our large customers sent a large batch to us. At this time, the backlog is over 150,000 transactions.
Our Application team is monitoring the situation and will provide additional updates as they are available.
The backlog of IM transactions is now clear. Thank you for your patience.
Hello,
is this situation still happening? we've seen significant performance impact to UNPUBLISH commands in the Item Mgmt. This delay has been 27+ hours, initiated on Friday 24 September.
Good morning. No, this incident was resolved fully on Thursday. Are you seeing delays in Production? Can you provide a GTIN example?
Hi Team,
I am checking multiple catalogs this morning myself - I am seeing M2M activities for 2 Mondelez Target Market Catalogs (USA, B2B2C). Am continuing specific research to identify exact example ... I will post here?
thank you for addressing backlog on Thursday - I was not aware of performance impact on Friday, just today was notified by business. Will update this shortly today.
hi Team,
it looks to be a backup with GS1 Registry, getting warnings for Mondelez Belgium catalog -
655: GTIN has a GDSN Registry Status of (IN_PROGRESS) or (Null). GTIN information that is not yet registered with the GS1 Global Registry cannot be sent in the GDSN Network;
this backlog must be contributing to lack of response (M2M) for our commands.
Leslie, just checking in on you to see if this is resolved for you at the GR level...
Hi Team,
the items are flowing from our PIM to 1WS Production & messages are now being fully recieved back to our PIM. There was an impact felt last week (Thursday) & Friday we had other activities so it was not noticed on that day. It was just the start of the week, Monday, where the team (primarily in Belguim TM) that slow response/no response was experienced ... it is a question if GS1 Belgium had significant activity today/Monday - do you have visibility to GS1 activities?
thank you
leslie
