Today, 1WorldSync identified an issue that is impacting inbound AS2 messaging to us. Customers using AS2 connectivity are unable to connect with us and receive a "503" error when they try to do so.
We identified a supplier who is sending unusual, large, and multiple XML messages that are impacting AS2 messaging. We are working with the supplier to cease sending these invalid messages and are looking into temporarily turning off their connection until this is resolved on their end.
We will provide more updates as we review today's incident.
I am happy to report the backlog is resolved. We will continue working with the supplier to help them ascertain how those unique files processed.
