1WorldSync is investigating the incident this morning that occurs when users attempt to log into Production IM.  IM is spinning for long periods of time even after users log out and try again.  I will post more updates here as they are available.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our teams identified the issue and it is resolved.  Please try again and let us know if you encounter any residual issues.

The same issue is now happening in PREPROD.

Yep - I was able to login w/o any issues.

When uploading 1 image your systems hang up.  Tried many times.  This image uploaded amazingly.

Hello.  From your screen capture I am not sure where you are uploading your image.  Can you tell me that, provide me the GTIN and image URL?

The image was uploaded eventually.  Thank you.

The image was uploaded to the "drag or drop them here" here box.  Next, the Add Digital Assets window appeared and was captured since it didn't stop spinning/processing. Maybe that's why it looks unfamiliar?  Hopefully it was correct because the image looks like it was uploaded.
