1WorldSync is experiencing an issue in Production and Pre-production IM and with Production AS2 messaging. Our technology teams are actively investigating these issues and looking to resolve them quickly. I will post updates here as they are available.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Have been unable to log in to IM for the last 2 hours.
Hello. Our technology teams identified the issue that is impacting login access to IM and working to resolve it quickly and efficiently. We believe we are close and I will provide more details once complete.
Hello, IM is available again and users are able to log in without issue. Please try on your end and let us know if you have any residual issues.
We are getting this error message when trying to load images in DAM going through IM
ITEM50000 : I/O error on POST request for "https://dam-upload.1worldsync.com/pi/scan": Connection has been shutdown: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe (Write failed); nested exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Connection has been shutdown: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe (Write failed)
JRB, some of the secondary backend systems are being re-enabled. We will advise when all apps are fully functional.
Today's incident created a backlog of transactions that our systems are working through, We will monitor the backlog and update as we have details
Hi Team,
please can you share the Root Cause Analysis of what caused today's outages? thank you
Leslie, please let me open a ticket with the Service Desk to discuss details for today and how it impacted you.
As a supplier these issues or backlog of transactions are costly when trading partners have deadlines for publications. I opened a ticket yesterday SDU-409037 regarding the backlog issue/outage and understanding the root cause of the issue would certainly provide transparency.
Thank you, I completely understand and engaged our teams for further details. Your feedback is exactly what I escalated to our teams for further review and details.
Our Application team confirmed receipt of this request and will provide once all other monitoring work and updates are complete.
I haven't received message on item adds GDSNITEMREGISTRYRESPONSE ADD
is this just a message delay or it's really not registered yet, If not registered still in the backlog from yesterday?
Hello. I received feedback from our technology and security teams regarding the incident we encountered yesterday. The production outage was caused by a failure of all four Tiny Proxy servers at once. After a review of the logs, we saw the cause of the failure was attributed to the enablement of a platform on our end and its interactions with other tools. The ensuing traffic overloaded all the proxies at once and created the incident and subsequent backlog.
Our technology teams are working to prevent any further issues between this platform and our other services. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We are receiving this same message as yesterday

Hello, yes, I unfortunately just learned about and posted on an issue we are working with DAM.
Is there a way to get rid of critical errors. It's of a discontinued product and not listed within the data pool, but causing critical errors of the 'basic readiness' score.
Is there a option for us to send you a product and it be completed? For how long? A year? 5 years?
