Description of Issue:
Service Desk agents and customers reported an issue in Production Enhanced Item Management where the basic search functionality was not working when the user tried to find a GTIN newly created today. Fortunately, there is a workaround. Customers can look for the GTIN in their worklist or in the Item History Report.
The issue is escalated to our Application team who is monitoring the issue and working to resolve it. The Service Desk updated the IVR and made a note on the 1WorldSync Community platform regarding today’s incident.
This was resolved last evening. We apologize for any inconvenience.
