Description of Issue: Good morning. Our Application issue is investigating and working to resolve an issue impacting inbound messages from suppliers that are sent via AS2 as well as issues with responses going out that read "Scheduled Production in Axway."

It appears that one Information Provider flooded our systems with a lot of data all at once. This created a backlog of transactions that our systems are working to resolve.

am happy to report this incident is resolved and the backlog no longer exists.

thank you for the communication/notification to confirm an active incident which explains our poor performance today.  Can you identify the region/country of the Information Provider who caused this?  is it for 1 country or multiple?

Hello, I can say the issue was related to the activity for a large North American supplier with who we are working to prevent future issues.
