Our technology teams identified an intermittent AS2 incident and are working to resolve it. It is possible, if you send to 1WorldSync during this time, you could encounter an error message and would need to re-send your information to us.

This incident is resolved as we worked with a customer who was sending large files that were compounding every two minutes. The issue was resolved and all AS2 messaging was restored on 1.4.21. We have been working with this particular customer to resolve the issue on their end.
