Description of Issue: This afternoon, customers and Service Desk Agents reported an incident when attempting to log into PI/VIP in the Production environment. After providing logging credentials, the user experienced access delays via spinning until the system timed out with an error message.
The issue was escalated to our Application team who was able to identify the issue and quickly resolve the incident in minutes. The issue is resolved and impacted customers are being contacted by Service Desk agents.
