This afternoon, Service Desk agents and some customers reported issues accessing playlists in Enhanced Item Management. The Basic playlist is no longer present and when users attempt to search for other playlists, no search results appear.
The issue was escalated to our Application team who is investigating the issue.

This issue was quickly resolved by our Application team. Full EIM playlist functionality is restored.
