Good afternoon. A ticket was raised this afternoon as our systems have a 12,000 transaction backlog at the moment that we estimate will resolve in the next 2 hours. Our Application team is monitoring the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We learned that today's incident was caused by an excessive number of transactions all at once and the issue is being investigated on our end. The backlog still exists and is in process to resolve in the time mentioned.
The backlog resolved Friday afternoon.
