Good morning. Our teams identified an issue with items not registering with the Global Registry. Our Application and Service Desk teams are working on the escalation to the Global Registry. The Service Desk is updating our IVR. Other updates will be posted here as we work with the GR.
Waiting for GDSN-ADDs for Adds submitted Aug 18 noon EST. Is this related to the above issue?
Thanks for posting this @CommunityJedi22 - we were about to email 1WS tech support this morning as the last girr file we have received (global registry acknowledgement for M2M Item Adds) was about 6:30 am ET on Wed Aug 18, 2021. We have well over a hundred items for various Aligntrac users held up currently.
Yes, this is related to the issue we are experiencing with the GR. We see message transactions reaching the GR but we are not getting response messages back from them for Item Adds. I will continue to post updates here as we work with the GR.

Hello, we believe the issue was identified and resolved. We are currently testing and monitoring activity to ensure this is true.
This issue is resolved and item registrations have occurred since my last update. We will continue to monitor but transactions for Item Adds look good from the GR.
