Impacted Application: Item Management

Description of Issue:

Customers and Service Desk Agents reported slowness when logging into Item Management and when trying to perform search and other functions.  The incident was reported to our Application team to investigated, identified the issues, and resolved them.  Multiple agents confirmed the issue is resolved as IM is moving at the normal, expected pace.
