Hello, I apologize as we are working through this issue impacting customers' ability to create and manage tickets in the Community. For now, please open tickets directly with our support teams. I will update you here as soon as we know when this issue will be resolved.
At this time, instead of seeing your historical tickets, you see this screen where they normally reside:
You can click to create a ticket, but you will not be able to do so because the required field "Priority" has a collapsed dropdown.
