McLane Feature Benefit Requirements Update

During a recent roundtable discussion between McLane, 1WorldSync, and customers, we identified the validation in IM that was requiring suppliers to populate three feature benefits when publishing to Mclane.  We found a hidden rule that prompted that validation.  That rule was deactivated this past week (10.2.2021) and is no longer causing this issue.

Please let us know if you still incur this issue on new or modified items beginning on 10.4.2021

I looked at 00810070480257 and you are required to provide at least one feature benefit.  When I look in your worklist and then your item, I do not see the feature benefit populated...

Hello, this is what I found in the IM Participant Dictionary which you can always find the latest one HERE.

HI Jedi, We are receiving that on 10078300140440 and 10078300140396.  It is asking us for 3 features.

Hi @audrey and welcome to the Community. Where it is not required to provide three Features and Benefits for McLane they do require at least one. This can be added by clicking the Pencil icon towards the top right of the item page.

Hello, I am having the same problem.  Are they linked to ECOMM Readiness Recipient.  Do I just need to withdraw this GTIN?

When using the Ecomm Ready playlist the warning appears indicating that the attributes are recommended to be populated if publishing to 1WS ECOMM READINESS GLN 0838016009942. 

At the moment I do not see the same warning appearing in the worklist after one of the item item modifies.

You can opt to delete the publication or not deleting if it does not bother you, however, we generally recommend doing regular cleaning in the portal to ensure there aren't issues in the future so if this not a publication that you need, it can be deleted. Please let me know if this helped.
