Premium Collection expands your review collection features, further enhancing the Review Your Purchases (RYP) experience. It also drives higher completion rates for Ratings and Reviews, and collects valuable insight from consumers.

Premium Collection includes:

• Progressive Collection
• Intelligent Collection

Progressive Collection

This enhancement allows you to add up to two additional questions to your Review Your Purchases (RYP) form, to increase the depth of review collection.

Progressive Collection Questions

The questions appear on your RYP form in the same order that they appear on your Write-a-Review form. If you want to change the order of your Progressive Collection questions, change the order of the questions on your Write-a-Review form. Contact your Account Team or PowerReviews Technical Support for assistance, if needed.

Note: If a user leaves the RYP page without completing all three screens and returns to it later, their progress will be saved, and they can resume answering the questions.

Progressive Collection Requirements

In order to enable Progressive Collection, ensure that your PowerReviews solution is on the latest version of the Review Display. You must have the Review Your Purchases collection method enabled, and have pre-populated tag answers for customers to choose from within your respective Progressive Collection questions (ie, 'Casual Dresser' or 'Trendy Dresser' for Describe Yourself). Users cannot add their own answer choices within Progressive Collection.

Note: Progressive Collection is also compatible with the 'on-the-fly' version of Review Your Purchases.

Adding Progressive Collection

If you want to add Progressive Collection to your RYP form, contact your Implementation Team or Account Team. They can work with you to get your two questions and answer tag choices configured.

Note: When you enable Progressive Collection, only the stars and comments from the reviews left on your RYP form appear in Moderation.

Intelligent Collection

This enhancement allows you to prioritize content collection on your Review Your Purchases (RYP) form via sorting products by review coverage or product price.

Sorting by product review coverage allows you to order the RYP form so that the products with the least amount of review coverage are at the top, thus encouraging healthier, well-balanced content collection throughout your catalog. If multiple products have zero reviews or an tied number of reviews, the sorting will default to the date of those products.

Sorting by product price allows you to order the RYP form by the highest or lowest priced product first. Sorting by the highest priced products first can help encourage collection for larger and/or single-purchase items, such as appliances, that might not otherwise get much organic review collection.

Intelligent Collection Requirements

In order to enable Intelligent Collection, ensure that your PowerReviews solution is on the latest version of the Review Display. You must also have the Review Your Purchases collection method enabled.

Note: Intelligent Collection is also compatible with the On-the-Fly version of Review Your Purchases.
