Costco - External DP Implementation Guide

The attached recipient Implementation Guide is for a recipient who uses an external data pool other than 1WorldSync. As a trading partner for these recipients, you can ask them to share their most recent guides but we made these available to you here as well to help you. Because we do not own these guides, this may not be the most current version for each recipient. If you have a more current version, please let us know and we can update it for you and other Community users.

Is there a trading partner form for Costco? Additionally, I am trying to find a GDSN contact for Costco. I would appreciate your help @CommunityJedi22 Thanks.

Hello @Arkam and thank you for reaching out via the customer community.  As noted, we added this area to provide our customers with the latest versions of implementation guides we have for recipients using other data pools.  As their trading partner, they would provide you with additional details and maybe even newer versions if it is available.  I do not know if they have a trading partner form or what that start-up process is for them with their data pool.  Do any of your contacts at Costco have information on who to contact or how to get started with them outside of this guide?

@CommunityJedi22 I tried all possible ways to reach Costco US, but sadly, nothing worked!

However, there are two more possible options.

1) I will ask our Costco sales rep to contact the buyer/merchandising team to see if they can help us with the process.

2) Would it be possible for your team to contact 1WorldSync's content delivery/rich content team to check if they have any possible GDSN leads (I understand that they are a different team)? Costco has selected 1WorldSync as their rich content solution partner, so there should be a contact.

Hello @Arkam. Nice to speak to you in the Community. As you suggested, we would recommend contacting the Costco merchandiser that your sales team is working with. Any contacts our Rich Content has would be for that specific function.
