Publications will not delete

On GLN 0016000110007 for GTIN 10018000499790:  I want to delete the publications in IM, when I do this in the "manage Publication' workflow, it shows as successful, but they do not move to "pending delete" and the worklist gives an error that I can't delete because publications do not exist.

Hello @TaraDeJong and thank you for reaching out through our Community and thank you for being so patient while I researched this!

I will need to open a ticket on your behalf and escalate it further as the information is not reflected accurately in Item Management. From what we can see the publication delete/withdraw has been successfully processed since the 25th/26th however as you've noticed, they still appear under the Manage Publications Tab and that is why I would need to escalate this further.
