I've pasted the script in html in our website but i don't see any products. How do i make a content container to view the products. Is there perhaps a manual or something. Thanks in advance.

That’s a great question. Before I guide you to the correct section of the portal, are you referring to rich content (also known as Inline Content)?

We no longer support DCCN, as it is a discontinued product.

If you are referring to the rich content itself, you don’t need any plugin. You may just need to follow this guide:
