GDSN has identified an error in the modeling of the new Carbon Footprint attribute class due to a discrepancy between the BMS documentation and schema. They will remodel the class, requiring updates to schema, documentation, and release materials, with updated documents expected by February 22, 2025. 1WorldSync will postpone the implementation of these attributes in IM/PIM/Sync PDI until August 2025 to ensure proper development, testing, and alignment with the corrected GDSN documentation. Therefore our documentation associated with the May GDSN release will not reference these attributes.

Please note the following regarding the upcoming DSD/PIM 9.2.1 release and its alignment with GDSN 3.1.31 validations. The initial QA environment release, targeted for March 15th, will *not* include all the *new* validations associated with the GDSN 3.1.31 release outlined in the Delta document. However, all new GDSN 3.1.31 validations *will* be fully implemented and available in the production release, scheduled for the first week of May. We understand the importance of these validations and are working diligently to ensure their full availability in the production environment.
