How can I find out what the trading partner requires?
Please visit the trading partner landing page and download the attribute guide. The attributes list the retailer’s requirements, which is what we will need to load the data.
What is the turnaround time for loading the data?
Within 2-3 days, we will load the data. Expect delays if the data requires more information. We will let you know if anything else is missing.
Can I review the data before it is published to the trading partner?
You can review the data by accessing the Content Hub. Values listed in the Content Hub can either be approved or rejected. If you reject the data, you can add a comment, and we will adjust. Please watch the video on how to access the ContentHub.
