The ContentGen GoPilot feature will allow you use AI generation to create your Marketing Copy and Feature Benefit Bullets.

Before you begin, an account administrator will need to opt in to our AI Policy. This encompasses all AI features available in the platform. If you are not sure who your account administrator is, please reach out to Syndigo Support.

Once your company have opted in, follow the below steps to access the ContentGen GoPilot view.

  1. Navigate to the Products tab.
  2. Select a single item to edit. We are not able to bulk apply the Content Generation go pilot options at this time.
  3. From any recipient or data view, navigate to the marketing information and choose the Content Generation icon next to either the marketing copy or feature benefit bullets.
  4. This will open the ContentGen Go Pilot Window where you can select what attributes the program should pull product data from - the product name, short description, and/or GTIN or UPC. You can choose any number of attributes.
  5. Select the tone you would like to use for your content - the default will be simple and clear, but you can also select humorous, informative, or eco/kid friendly.
  6. Enter any descriptive product tags - any concepts or phrases you would like to include in your marketing information.
  7. Generate the value and the Syndigo platform will return your requested data. This may take a few seconds.
  8. Once the data has been generated, you can review and either accept the created value or provide feedback. Feedback could be adding additional product tags, specifying a number of characters to use, or adjusting the tone.

Once you have added the content, you can make additional adjustments to the data, however it will lose the Generated tag on the content if edits are made.

In addition, the AI Generated label will be present on the applicable item information published to recipients.
