Over the next few months, 1WorldSync will launch enhancements to the customer community to improve your experience.  The first of these is the new Community Calendar that we launched on August 1, 2022, to help our customers stay up to date on events at 1WorldSync including training and maintenance.  As you likely know, we will sunset the Solution Center on November 30, 2022, and the implementation of this Calendar is the next step in that change.

The Community Calendar is the place to go for training opportunities and to note when we are utilizing maintenance windows.  We will further enhance the calendar in the coming months.  As customers hover over each event, a popup will show highlights for it.  You can click on the link or the popup for more details.

Customers can toggle the calendar view so it can be seen in a normal calendar view or in a list view:

In the List view, you have options to filter the events you want to see.  You can filter by The type of event via "Labels" and the historical status of the event via "Event Status."

You can indicate whether you plan on attending the event and if you do so, we will send you a reminder on the day of the event. Please note, for the training sessions, if they indicate registration is required, you will need to continue through the registration process as indicating you will attend on the calendar does NOT register you for the event.

Sending an invite from the calendar will allow you to share it with other Community users via direct chat

If you are wondering what other enhancements are coming, stay tuned.  I will let you know we are working on a redesign of the community as we work to add more content and resources for you.  We are also working to complete the Solution Center migration and integrate our JIRA ticketing system into the community as well.
