Why is it when I click "Manage Inline Content", none of our products are listed? Did none of our products' previous content get syndicated over?
Thanks for your message. Could you please clarify from where you were expecting the previous content to come from into our Portal? Inline pages will only render, if you have already built inline pages in our portal. If this is the case, please ensure you are in "Vendor Portal" drop down and all filters are clear to ensure your pages are reflected. If this still does not produce your inline pages, we would suggest to submit a ticket to Support Team. Thank you!

I do not see a "Publish" button next to "Preview" on my inline content page. How should I syndicate the page I have finished to the Walmart item link?

Hi @SheaZhu,
To publish a page, you need to change it's status to "For Publish", you can see it in action in the video at 05:05.
Once you set a page to the status "For Publish", it will be reviewed by the 1WS QA team and published within 24 hours.
The ability to directly publish content is not activated by default to ensure all published content render correctly and won't cause issues with our partners.
For publication on Walmart, make sure to add the Walmart ID to the PartNumber before you change the page status to For Publish (see more details on Walmart publication there).
