Is there any cost associated with this program?
- Manufacturer programs are sponsored and funded by the manufacturer. Inline content, Brand Showcase and Explore Product tours are free to authorized retailers.
How often will I need to update my content scripts?
- 1WorldSync syndication works through one line of code and a "set it and forget it" mentality. It takes a few minutes to register, and a few minutes to push live. Once the code is placed on your page, you will not need to update it.

How do I include syndicated content on a web page?

Choose a location within your company's website.
Open that page in an editor and find the place in the code where you want to place the campaign banner.

Pick up your code.
Copy and paste the code below in the location within your HTML page where you would like the campaign banner to display. (NOTE: If you are posting the code to an HTTPS page, change the script's reference to HTTPS so that it will render without notification to the visitor.)

Save changes and publish.
Save your changes and publish the page to your website. Navigate to your website to view the campaign. Note: If you are using a content management system to maintain your website, you may need to contact your administrator or webmaster to implement the code.
Can and How do I customize the appearance or CSS?

You can currently customize content returned within a product page such as Inline Content, Explore Product, Brand Showcase. By default the inline content inherits your page's text styles to match your website's appearance. Each component has certain limitations on what can be changed to ensure browser compatibility. Here are some examples of what can be modified:
- Text
- size
- font style
- color
- spacing
- Images
- padding
- sizing adjustments (relative)
- and more.
To customize the appearance of the content:
- Login to the portal
- Access the service module you wish to modify such as Product Page or Showcase
- Click Add Styles
- You can choose to modify by using your own CSS rules or insert the CSS template which will populate all the CSS class names used as a starting point.
- Click Save.
What is Inline Content?
- Inline Content is rich content displayed right on a product detail page. lnline Content utilizes a flexible template to accommodate many visual and highly engaging and interactive content such as text, imagery, videos, 360 spins, hotspots, Augmented Reality, and pdf’s to create a product page that best represents product, the brand, while providing the key information shoppers are looking for.
What happens if the service goes down? Will it affect my website?
- The service will not provide any performance or visual impact to your site when the service is not available. The syndication service is a low risk implementation so that if the servers or services were to ever go down, the service will fail gracefully (quietly) and simply return no content. It will not affect the appearance of your website. No Red X's or broken images will be shown. No errors will become visible to the end-customer or client.
I don’t want to install 3rd party JavaScript on my website; do you have another method of integration?
- Digital Campaigns can only be installed via JavaScript at this time. This approach provides the added benefit of a one-time code implementation which reduces the need to implement new code for each new campaign. This helps save time and money.
Is there any code maintenance required?
- No. The code snippet you embed into your website calls the code that resides on our servers. Any bug fixes, improvements and new features will automatically be passed to your site requiring no maintenance. The only time that may require a change is when a particular program requires additional information passed real-time for dynamic content.
