Why are EU Energy logos and labels missing from certain products?
-
EU Energy logo, labels and product fiches may not appear for certain products for the following reasons:
- The manufacturer website does not list the EU energy classification rating or energy-related information.
- The product release date is older than covered by the EU regulation scope.
- You may be passing an unknown part number or EAN that does not yet exist in our product database.
- The product is not in scope due to certain attributes.
- Manufacturer has not provided the product fiche in the EPREL site. We do not host any product fiches on our CDN, instead we redirect to EPREL Website. Instead providing us the PDF, please send us the link to the EPREL site.
If you find a sku that you believe should be covered by the EU Energy regulation and classification, please
Contact Support and provide the example URL and product information.
Why can't I see the Product Fiche link
- Product Fiches must be enabled separately from EU Energy Logos. Edit your Product Page Script and enable "Product Fiche" setting. If the Product Fiche setting IS checked and it is still not showing, please contact Customer Service.
