I am receiving errors from DOT when trying to validate several items. Then if I bypass these errors and save I receive a "Review" sync status reports. I have reached out to our DOT representative and he states everything is validating fine on his end.
We do not have any inners without GTIN's for any of our products.
Can you please tell me why this is causing an issue?

I spoke with my rep from DOT and everything is showing up as "good" on his end so I took all the 0's out because they were causing errors for the other subscribers.
I'm thinking maybe it's an issue on the 1sync side.
I will just ignore the error message regarding "inner's" from DOT.

I now have this same error message from Performance Food Group and several items from DOT.

I went into the item you provided and I enabled the Dot Foods playlist. I validated the item and I got the error you found.
If you do not have an Inner pack, then put a zero in the field. The zero satisfies the validation and you will no longer see the error message.

I have tried that, but then I get another error from Performance Food Group that states "Quantity of next level trade Item within inner pack must be a whole number".

I am also getting the same error report from Gordon Food Services.

I apologize if I am replying on the wrong conversations. I have tried putting 0's in and i get a reply from Performance Group and Gordon Food Services that the field must be a whole number. 0 is not acceptable for them.
