I've added 2 new items via the new API method and received the following CIC Message: PI9001=You are not enabled at 1WorldSync to send the recipient top-off data. Item is accepted but the additional recipient top-off data is not
Please advise how I can become enabled

Hello @WSCJC. Thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome.
That CIC message comes up when API data is submitted from Item Management to the Kroger Product Introduction GLN. When submitting your items through the new API process, please publish them for review first to GLN 0838016000123 for the Kroger API Certification Queue.
If you item is accepted and marked as Synchronized, it will be published automatically by the system to GLN 0838016000116 for the Certified Items for Kroger API. If your items receive a Rejected response, you can check the Sync Status or Recipient Responses reports for more details about which attributes to rectify and a Republish is then needed for Rejection messages from the Publications - Manage Publications screen for the updated data to be reviewed again.

My item has been Pending Synchronization for 3 days. Is this normal, how long does this process usually take?

A PENDING SYNCHRONIZATION status for 3 days for publications sent to the Kroger API GLNs could be caused by a:
- REJECT CIC from the Certification Queue, which will stop any updates, in which case the item must be REPUBLISHED to clear the CIC and send any corrections you might have made on the item. REPUBLISH is different than a regular publication and the steps on how to send this operation can be found HERE
- a missing GTIN subscription for the Certified Items queue, which would mean that that same item has not yet been SYNCHRONISED with the Certification Queue first. Please make sure the item is published to the Certification Queue and has received a SYNCHRONISED CIC on that publication.
