I’m trying to submit an item to Kroger..and I received a response back that they wanted me to change the net content quantity and unit of measure.
Good enough, I did have to change it,….but, the choice I need to pick, is not in the pulldown menu?
I want to write 12 fluid ounces, because, they asked me to. I only see ounces and I know that won’t fly.
I'm starting to think i'm not in the right place. I see this in the Family Tree.
Any suggestions? On the 1WS item management side, it says 12 fluid ounces. This is in VIP that i need to change.

Hello @jackieb and welcome to the customer community. In VIP, Kroger offers you a way to indicate these types of changes for your item.

I had done that...Oh, i don't think i can show a picture.
Can i have you look and see., you could see how many times I changed it.
My GLN: 0613008000004. and the item is: 00613008763831.
If you can see? I have seen others give their info.

If you flip the override to yes and make it the value they need, it should then work for you...

Thank you, I could be back if it still doesn't accept it. Oh, let me ask, because i read some thing, does it matter, that this is a "package" and not a unit or case?
If it's not accepted, is there a person i tell at Kroger, so they will accept it? I believe these are just generated, after validations?

I got this message in red above, so as you can see, i took out the top 12 fluid oz. I will let you know if I get another note.
I'm curious also, do I need to submit again when i make changes, or do these send when I save?

I was able to make some changes to the Net Content area which got the item into Complete status.
We should be good to go!

Thank you so very much for your help. I actually left work sick yesterday after this. I appreciate the help! I didn't know how that was going to get over. Strangely enough, there are a few other items, that are just like that one..but, they didn't get that message?
