Temperature error at case level

erikjaeger

Hi,

I am getting this error message when I try to validate at the case level. I have already validated at the each level:

  • KR15964 Maximum Temperature and Minimum Temperature must have the same unit of measure. (00081953803092)

The problem is that I can't find any max/min temperature inputs at the case level, and they are correct at the eaches level. What am I missing?

Thanks, Val_P! I can't even see that measure in VIP at the case level, so I'm glad you could see it and point me in the right direction. I corrected in RIVR.

Hello, @erikjaeger, thanks for continuing the use of the community.

On the Case 00081953803092 you have incomplete temperature information added from your Data Pool:

To fix the validation error, please also add the Minimum Temperature from your Data Pool - RIVIR. Any piece of information added from the Data Pool can only be further edited in the Data Pool only.

Please let us know of this helped or if there is anything else we may help with for this request. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Thank you, @erikjaeger, it is our please to help where needed.

A useful tool that can come in handy to use whenever you cannot find any attribute you are looking for in Product Introduction is to switch the item view and "View All Attributes". Here are the steps for Case 00081953803092 as an example:

This will allow you, in this instance, to also view the Temperature Information added on the Case:
