I continue to get this review status: Status Detail : 000 10855868002195:CIC999:Item Returned for Review:VENDOR TO RESUBMIT|; GTIN 00855868002198, VIP Submitted Class 669 , PID Class 346 and I am not sure how to change the case family tree.
I get this: "KR3763 For this item hierarchy, the Family Tree assignment on non-base unit items cannot be different from that of the base unit items" when changing the 'each' family tree.

Kelly,
You need to remove the class from the case, the Kroger Class is not assigned for case units.
Click the case >> Blue Edit >> View All Attributes, then save & continue. You will be able to see the Kroger Class assigned to the case.
Just remove that and resolve the validations if any.

You will go into the child GTIN and look for the Classification Specific Attributes (Open the current class until you see the Kroger Class, look to the right corner for the Clear in Blue)
Once you click the Clear it will allow you to enter a new Kroger Class.

I have done this and changed the Class. Once I have completed this step and try to submit the Case and Each it is then giving me the error "KR3763 For this item hierarchy, the Family Tree assignment on non-base unit items cannot be different from that of the base unit items"

Hi
I have changed the class number from family tree by removing and editing. Should I delist and submit that again? or I should just submit that again, and wait till it appears on "Retailer" page? Also, I can't find any discrepancies on the same style but different color, so the class number for all are correct but I receive the same error, and I was wondering if different colors can have an impact on each other or it's just for that specific color.

Hello,
When populating any change or the Kroger Family Tree you'd simply just "Save", "Validate" & "Submit". No need to delist. Once the item is submitted the status should change form "In-Process Supplier" to "In-Process Retailer". However, any discrepancies with the class listed on the hierarchy you would need to contact Kroger' Supplier Engagement Group as the classes are assigned by Kroger. Lastly, please ensure the classes match throughout the entire hierarchy.

Thank you so much for your response, so how long does it take for the change in Kroger Family Tree to be approved , because it says "processing should occur shortly" for the past 2 days?
Also, for the other style, I have the error as "Item Returned for Review:VENDOR TO RESUBMIT|; GTIN#, VIP Submitted Class 976 , PID Class 975" and it happens once in a while, do you have any clue by any chance what the root cause is as all the Class numbers match, and I'm thinking of maybe the same style exist in "Kroger's" under different class number already.

Hello @MARKEDWARDS,
Please re-submit all GTIN hierarchies that state "Processing should occur shortly" as they are still in In Process - Supplier.
Ensure your PID is the same Kroger Class on ALL GTINs.
Once updated, please resubmit ALL GTINs.
