The Nutrient Basis Quantity Type Code that should be used is BY_SERVING, otherwise, no nutrient content flows downstream in Kroger’s system.
I can see that you have corrected the Net Content so, you have that fixed. I see all the requested Nutrifacts except Calories. Once you apply that you should be able to submit back to Kroger.

We need to remove the second instance of "Ready To Eat"
We then go to one of the Nutrient Detail and Click the add button, Carbohydrate was the last Nutrient so click the ADD to the right. We can then add the Protein and Energy.
